Every year our children transition from our Nursery School to a number of schools in the area- usually between 8 or 9 Primary Schools,

We ensure a good working relationship is established between ourselves and the schools to which our children will transition.

Once we are aware of the Primary School your child will transition to in September, we make contact with that Primary School. Normally we invite the P1 teachers to visit your child here in their setting  in the month of June.

Your child's Transition Report goes to you the parent/ guardian and your child's P1 teacher.
